About the Role
Your responsibilities include:
  • Manging the entire production process for plastic windows;
  • Continuously improving production processes through digitalization and automation;
  • Leading four teams with a focus on team development and coaching.

Requirements
You should have:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within production or manufacturing industry;
  • A HBO work and thinking level;
  • Good planning and organizational skills to ensure smooth production.

Working Conditions
We offer you:
  • A salary according to the Timber Industry Agreement (approximately €55,000 per year);
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses at 0.23 euros per kilometer;
  • Vacation pay of 8.33% and 25 paid vacation days per year;
