Production Specialist

Effect Personeelsdiensten is an international company focused on production and recycling. Since the 1990s, the company has specialized in converting plastic waste from the commercial and agricultural industries. This process results in a byproduct that is reused in the creation of new plastic products. With a strong focus on sustainability and innovation, the company makes a significant contribution to reducing plastic waste. As a production specialist, you will work in a 4-shift system, rotating through 2 morning, 2 afternoon, and 2 evening shifts over a 6-day period. Your main task will primarily involve operating the various production lines that process plastic into plastic pellets.

Using a forklift, you will ensure the proper supply and removal of plastic to and from the production line. As the plastic goes through the machine, you, as the operator, will be responsible for setting up the machine correctly. In case of a malfunction, you will act immediately to identify and resolve the issue quickly, ensuring that the production process runs 24/7. You will have a varied role with a lot of responsibility.

Key qualifications include proven experience as an operator, proficiency in English, and the ability to work in a 4-shift schedule. A forklift certificate and/or Vapro A certification is a plus.
