Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for creating reports to share insights, collecting and integrating data, analyzing business processes and requirements, and reviewing and validating data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Collect and integrate data from various sources to support business decision-making
  • Analyze business processes and requirements to identify areas for improvement
  • Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Develop technical documentation for business intelligence interfaces
  • Create data visualizations to communicate complex information to stakeholders
  • Perform predictive analysis to identify trends and patterns
  • Analyze and report insights based on user behavioral data from the platform and website
  • Define essential KPIs for marketing and sales teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver results
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills in English
  • Working or practical knowledge of data warehousing and data management with tools like databases, SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, or PowerBI
