We are seeking a highly skilled Indian Cuisine Specialist to join our team at Holi Indian Restaurant in Amsterdam and Almere.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented cook to lead our kitchen team and take charge of preparing high-quality Indian dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to HACCP guidelines and company standards.
  • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, including spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
