About the Role
As a seasoned Murex Consultant, you will be an integral part of our consulting team, working on complex assignments related to Murex consulting. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Requirements Gathering: Understand business needs and requirements.
- Solution Definition: Design and develop effective solutions using Murex technology.
- Murex Configuration, Design & Development: Configure, design, and develop Murex systems for clients.
- Change Deployment: Deploy changes and enhancements to Murex systems.
- Murex Enhancements/Implementation: Implement new features and functionalities in Murex systems.
- Providing 3rd Line Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients.
- System Testing: Test and validate Murex systems.
- UAT Support: Support User Acceptance Testing for clients.
- System Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of Murex systems.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Techno-functional role.
- Hands-on experience with Murex 3.1.
- Good expertise in BO functions, MXML/Post Trade workflow.
- Expertise in setup Accounting rules.
- Good expertise on capital markets - specially Debt, FX Asset class.
- Experience in BO configuration/GOM setup/Interface development.
- Conversant with trouble shooting in Murex for Technical issues, Support SLA's etc.
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to multitask in a high pressure Trading environment.
- Good understanding of technology from the perspective of products implementation, systems integration and data migration.
- Expertise in requirement analysis and management, SDLC lifecycle knowledge, Change management, Product management including version, configuration management, etc.
- Good expertise in SQL\\/PL-SQL, Unix/\//Shell script, XML related technology.
