Job Description

Trinamics is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist - Contract Management to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of contract frameworks like FIDIC and NEC (3 and 4) or similar.

The Procurement Specialist - Contract Management will provide expertise in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors, driving process improvements related to contractual liabilities, and skilled in tracking scope changes, analyzing their impact, and advising Project Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Proven experience as a Contract Manager or Project Controller, particularly in Engineered-to-Order and large, complex project execution.
  • Strong knowledge of contract frameworks like FIDIC and NEC (3 and 4) or similar.
  • Expertise in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
  • Ability to drive process improvements related to contractual liabilities.
  • Skilled in tracking scope changes, analyzing their impact, and advising Project Managers.
  • Experience in financial tracking, expenditure estimation, and change negotiation.
  • Strong support for procurement processes, offering commercial and contractual insights.
  • Proficiency in project planning, milestone tracking, and facilitating risk sessions.
