Wat houdt de functie in?

Binnen de afdeling Vastgoedbeheer werken 55 professionals. Het is een veelzijdige en brede afdeling die bestaat uit zowel technisch, administratief als commercieel management. Wij beheren alle soorten commercieel vastgoed voor nationale en internationale klanten.

Als Financieel Portefeuillebeheerder ben je samen met de technisch manager en accountmanager verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van één of meerdere vastgoedportefeuilles. Vanuit jouw rol zorg je voor de financieel administratieve zaken.

In de beginperiode word je begeleid door medewerkers in dezelfde functie, waardoor je op een prettige manier kennis maakt met de werkzaamheden in de functie en je directe collega's. Na de inwerkperiode werk je zelfstandig maar ook veel in teamverband voor één of meerdere klanten.

Wat houdt de functie in?

  • Het verzorgen van de huuradministratie inclusief het verwerken van relevante mutaties;
  • Het maken van aansluitingen en sluiten van boekhoudkundige periodes;
  • Het verzorgen van een tijdige aanlevering van gegevens (waaronder financiële rapportages) die voortvloeien uit de met de opdrachtgevers gemaakte afspraken;
  • Het maken van analyses naar aanleiding van de vervaardigde rapportages;
  • Relaties onderhouden met onder meer opdrachtgevers, accountants en overige partijen;
  • Verzorgen van de cashflowprognoses en voorbereiden van BTW-aangiften voor de beheerde projecten;
  • Het verstrekken van de benodigde managementinformatie aan de leidinggevende en de betrokken stakeholders.

Vastgoedbeheer

Op de Vastgoedbeheer afdeling werken circa 55 professionals, verdeeld over drie disciplines: technisch, administratief en commercieel beheer. Wij beheren alle typen commercieel vastgoed; van kantoren en winkelcentra tot logistiek vastgoed, zowel voor nationale als internationale opdrachtgevers.
