Description of Assignment/ProjectWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a program and tool to drive Packaging suppliers towards Quality/Operational excellence.
- Develop a program and tool to drive Packaging suppliers towards Quality/Operational excellence.
- Revise existing Supplier Assessment questionnaire in line with industry standards for Food Packaging.
- Develop supplier audit tools to cover areas such as pest control, environmental management program.
- Develop supplier monitoring tool and scorecards.
- Support other Global Supplier Quality Assurance projects where needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- HBO/WO Education preferably in Supply Chain, Food Science/Technology with affinity towards Quality Management.
- Knowledge/willingness to learn about global standards for Food packaging.
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
- Solution-oriented and innovative mindset.
- Good communication skills, strong collaboration skills, pro-active, good networker.
