The University of Hong Kong is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to provide support to the Division of Laboratory Sciences, School of Public Health. The successful candidate will possess an Advanced Diploma Certificate and at least 10 years of work experience in tertiary institutions, preferably in laboratory environments.
Key responsibilities include providing administrative and secretarial support to chair professors, academic teams, and research teams, as well as handling financial budgeting, human resources budgeting, research grants applications, and biological samples shipment documentation.
