About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Intern to join our team. As a CRM Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of our marketing strategies, focusing on customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and setup of push messages to Hunkemöller app users:
- Maintain planning and coordination with countries to translate copy and sign off
- Create copy for email campaigns and geo-location based messages
- Develop fun promotions for the app
- Maintain and archive all statistics
- Conduct competitor analysis
- Support the development and setup of mailings for the European Member base:
- Joint production of copy for mailings
- Set up briefings and coordinate communication for imagery in mailings
- Coordinate with countries to translate copy and sign off
- Maintain and archive all statistics
- Conduct competitor analysis
- Additional Responsibilities
- Work on a personal project that aligns with the company's strategy and objectives
- Collaborate with the team to achieve marketing goals
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an HBO-/Bachelor-/Master studies (Marketing / Communication / New Media / Business Administration)
- Familiarity with the MS Office package (Word/Excel), knowledge of HTML is an advantage
- Comfortable writing and communicating in English, knowledge of German and/or French language is a plus
