CDD Analyst - Risk Management Expert

We're seeking a skilled CDD Analyst to join our team within The Netherlands. As a key member of our CDD team, you'll be responsible for managing customer due diligence related matters in cooperation with client-facing colleagues and the Center of Excellence in India.

You'll have the opportunity to plan and organize your own activities while maintaining a close relationship with the Senior CDD Analyst and the CDD Team Leader. Your input on procedures and innovative ideas about training and improvement will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a specified part of the CDD files from a process management and quality perspective

Proactively update the Senior CDD Analyst and the CDD Team Lead on the progress of the CDD file review and escalate any questions, remarks, or issues

Monitor timelines and the progress of the CDD file review and client outreach

Complete the agreed number of files monthly

Requirements

3-5 years of local Netherlands working experience

Experience with KYC/CDD activities

Bachelor's or master's degree in law or other relevant degree

Excellent fluency in English, both verbal and written

Good drafting and planning skills

If applicable, willingness to move to the Netherlands for the role
