Supply Chain Coordinator

You are a key player in our supply chain team, responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be the link between our company and our customers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and monitoring logistics processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Providing clear information and support to the team to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Monitoring planning and lead times of orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Controlling costs and providing accurate information to the Finance department
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of the English language, with German language skills a plus
  • HBO/Bachelor working and thinking level
  • At least 2 years of demonstrable work experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, with experience with VMI and JIT systems a plus
  • Customer-oriented and excellent communication skills
  • Living in the immediate vicinity of Deurne
