We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Engineer to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Technical Engineer for NPI, you will play a key role in driving quality, process, and manufacturing improvements during the new product introduction phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control plans, process optimization strategies, and manufacturing protocols.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions to address any issues identified during NPI processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout NPI projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, or related field).
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, process optimization techniques, and manufacturing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with high-tech module and machinery development is advantageous.
