Are you a seasoned professional with experience in regulatory reporting, IT, and infrastructure? Do you have a strong understanding of MiFID transaction reporting or similar frameworks?

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager - Regulatory Reporting to join our team at STAFIDE.

About the Role

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for implementing new regulations and requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will also collaborate with an external vendor and squad members to execute transaction reporting processes. Your goal will be to improve and continuously optimize regulatory reporting and its underlying processes.

You will analyze and address stakeholder requirements, ensuring effective prioritization and alignment. Additionally, you will contribute to ensuring that our Markets & Treasury operations remain compliant with applicable legislation.

What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, IT, and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of MiFID transaction reporting or similar regulatory frameworks.
  • Background in Informatica and software architecture is a plus.
  • Proficiency in working within a Scrum/Agile environment.
  • Proven experience with products traded in Markets & Treasury.

  • Should be able to manage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including end-users, compliance teams, and IT professionals.
  • Should apply strong analytical skills to identify and resolve inefficiencies in reporting processes.
  • Should plan deliverables effectively, ensuring transparency and measurable results.
  • Should adapt and communicate effectively across various layers of the organization.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
