• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform repairs as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance procedures and schedules

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
