Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Stayokay Vondelpark and Stadsdoelen. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our 126 rooms and general areas.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional results and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
- Collaborate with the facility team to maintain the overall appearance and condition of the hostel.
- Brainstorm and implement creative solutions to improve housekeeping processes and procedures.
- Several years of relevant experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
