Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team as a Commerce Solutions expert. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and then using that knowledge to design and implement effective solutions.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong technical and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have experience in implementing D365 for Commerce and will be able to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirements.
  • Prototype and configure processes for D365 Commerce / POS and ensure the system works the way your client needs it to.
  • Run workshops with your clients, consultants, and client leaders to analyze and design solutions for any application, and handle gaps detected during prototyping.
  • Work with the technical team to make sure that your clients' needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions.
  • Create or evaluate a breakdown of your clients' businesses processes so that you can identify and link functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Documents settings and prepare your clients to use the system.
  • Support testing the proposed system and train users.

Requirements

  • Experience in implementing D365 for Commerce.
  • Experience with processes in the commerce/retail sector.
  • Experience in POS "Point of Sale" solutions.
  • Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner.
  • You have a passion for learning along with good business sense and time management.
  • You know how to manage your clients' expectations effectively.
  • Fluent Dutch language skills and English is a must.

The estimated salary for this role is €75,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive:
