Job Title: Tibco Consultant

As a Tibco Consultant at STAFIDE, you will be responsible for leading technical teams to deliver successful project outcomes. Your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies will be essential in designing and developing solutions that meet customer needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer delivery and expectations while ensuring technical teams meet project goals.
  • Design and develop solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Tibco BW5, OpenShift, and Kafka.
  • Gather and analyze specifications to deliver tailored solutions based on a deep understanding of the relevant domain or technology.
  • Guide and mentor a team of developers, fostering an environment that supports knowledge sharing and professional growth.
  • Ensure continuous knowledge upgradation and adoption of new technologies to deliver solutions that meet quality standards and client requirements.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Tibco BW5, Tibco BPM, OpenShift, and Kafka (preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage customer expectations and technical teams effectively.
  • Experience in designing and developing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth understanding of Kafka or similar messaging systems, including topics, partitions, producers, and consumers, with experience in implementing event-driven architectures.
