About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at Crystalloids. As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will play a key role in helping our clients make data-driven decisions by designing and implementing business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in communications with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and project goals.
  • Perform business analysis to identify key business data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Design and implement data visualizations using various BI tools to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for data-driven business decisions and improvement by analyzing business data.
  • Recognize potential issues and offer solutions to improve business processes.
Requirements
  • English speaking and writing skills, with Dutch language skills a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of SCRUM methodology.
  • Working experience with database and data warehouse management.
  • Understanding of Big Data.
  • Working knowledge of ETL processes.
  • SQL knowledge.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Working knowledge of Data Visualization tools (Data Studio, Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience with Google Cloud Platform.
  • Working knowledge of Python, Java, or R languages.
  • Working knowledge of Big Data.
  • Ability to read code and support applications, reports, and processes.
  • Working knowledge of different project methodologies.
  • Working experience of participation in discovery phases.
  • Understanding of BI consulting.
  • Master's degree.
