Luxury Sales Expert

About the Role:
CYBEX GMBH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with our sales and marketing team to plan customer meetings, sell-in rounds, and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, providing them with expert knowledge of our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on new product launches and services, and recommend products that fit well with clients' business needs.
- Collaborate with our internal teams, including GM, Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Participate in account marketing activities as needed, and provide ongoing support to clients to ensure they receive high-quality customer service.
- Support the execution of our yearly retail marketing plans, and contribute to the development of new sales support projects.
- Track retailer POS and provide insights on in-store inventory and updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in premium sales or luxury retail, with a strong understanding of the market and how to promote and sell products.
- University degree in Business or a related field, with strong English and Dutch language skills.
- High sense of initiative, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a driven, motivated, and dynamic personality.
- Good MS Office skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
