Electrical and/or Mechanical Design Engineer

As a Designer, you will be responsible for the design of electrical and electromechanical modules and machines for our clients. You will be part of the Electromechanics team within the Design & Engineering department and participate in internal project teams. Your role will involve working closely with project leaders, architects, and other team members to deliver electromechanical solutions that meet customer needs. You will also maintain contact with customers and be active at their premises to understand their requirements and preferences.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Ontwerpen en reviewen van module specificaties samen met de klant;
  • Omzetten van gegevens van de externe of interne klant in 3D-modellen en productie-tekeningen;
  • Ontwerpen, implementeren, testen en documenteren van hardware (elektrisch / electromechanisch) met behulp van state-of-the-art methoden;
  • Ontwikkelen van test- en tooling;
  • Assisteren bij het invoeren van ontwikkelde producten in productie;
  • Voorbereiden en controleren van schema's;
  • Behouden van contacten met klanten, ofwel gericht op een lopend project of het uitbreiden van de klantenkring;
Functie-eisen
  • Een Bachelor- of Universitaire graad in Elektrotechniek, Electromechanica of Mechatronica;
  • Relevante werkervaring in een functie als bijvoorbeeld ontwerper, ingenieur of constructeur;
  • Goede kennis en ervaring met MS Office Word en Excel;
  • Ervaring met Siemens NX of een andere 3D-designpakket is een pre;
  • Goede communicatieve en schrijfvaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels;
  • Willing om werkzaamheden uit te voeren op locatie bij de klant;
  • Volledig beschikbaar en in staat om snel te starten;
