Project Manager Coordinator

The Project Management Office (PMO) at Thales is seeking a skilled Project Manager Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our PMO, you will be responsible for managing project data, ensuring the accuracy of Thales NL systems, and providing critical support to project managers.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and maintain a closed network schedule, coordinating resources and budgets;
- Deliver PMO tasks to support projects, including PERT, Risk & Opportunity management, Project Control, Training & Coaching;
- Track internal and external milestones, identifying dependencies;
- Identify deliverables, contents, and reschedule as necessary;
- Provide metrics and analyses to project managers, supporting effective project management;
- Perform various analyzes, calculations, and cost consolidations.
Requirements
- Completed a Bachelor degree;
- Soft/interpersonal skills and team player;
- Experience with project planning and scheduling in a planning tool;
- Pro-active, accurate, and analytical, with a solution-oriented approach;
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English;
- Preferable IPMA D (or other) certified.
