About the Role

As a key member of our team at Ventura Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Controller to join our dynamic and innovative organization.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the reliable administration and budgeting of our company, working closely with our branches in America, Germany, Hong Kong, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
  • Develop and implement effective budgeting and forecasting strategies
  • Provide expert advice on financial matters to senior management

Requirements

  • Strong background in finance and accounting, preferably with a HBO Business Administration or Accountancy degree
  • Proven experience in a similar role within an SME or accountancy firm
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
