**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely manner.
* Liaise with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed.

**Requirements:**

* At least a higher vocational education in Business Studies/Administration or/and experience in a supporting Business Support job.
* Experience with MS Office.
* Proactive, excellent communicator, and take initiative.
* Master the English language in word and writing; a second language is highly valued.
