At Finom, we're seeking a skilled Content Strategist to drive our marketing efforts forward. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling, clear copywriting across all marketing channels, websites, and products. This includes creating engaging content from scratch and proofreading our content across the team.

Your duties will include producing high-quality written content and proofreading your peers' content for text coherence, spelling, and quality. We expect strong copywriting skills, excellent editorial judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with our brand voice and messaging
  • Creating engaging and functional commercial copywriting for marketing materials and assets
  • Proofreading and fine-tuning interface messaging across the product to ensure perfect grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style
  • Supporting our customer care team by delivering quality guidelines and helpful articles for our customers
  • Shaping our company's voice by creating human-like communications for email and mobile push notifications campaigns

Requirements:


• English native speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills


• 5+ years of experience in functional copywriting for brands


• Ability to write about complex topics in a simple, human manner


• Passion for storytelling


• Ability to adapt style and voice according to audience, channel, goals, and objectives


• Ability to deliver under pressure and within tight deadlines


• Flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges


• Work experience in IT or fintech is a plus


• A portfolio that showcases your writing skills and experience
