Donation Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, receiving donations, and promoting sales for our organization.

• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to donors, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Donation Processing: Receive and process donations in an efficient and organized manner, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored.
• Sales Promotion: Promote sales of donated items, including writing up sales tickets and creating attractive displays.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
