Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable and resilient services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine feasibility, effectiveness, scalability, and time-to-market for new and existing products
- Define, shape, and deliver the roadmap for the team, contributing to quarterly and yearly planning to deliver department objectives
- Build new products, processes, and operational plans, negotiating on the strategic importance of own product roadmap features
- Drive innovation in the team, owning the architecture across the team and driving architectural alignment
- 8+/10+ years of experience with design of SAP environments, including integration of digital platforms/legacy applications with SAP
- 2-4 years in people leadership role and managing multicultural teams
- Product engineering background in large organizations
- Experience with design, engineering, and management for SAP applications (Basis and HANA, SAP cloud), large virtualized environments (SAP on AWS preferred), and strong stakeholder management abilities
- A passion to identify and solve user problems, experience managing teams in an international environment, and experience in designing and building resilient, secure, high-performing architectures
- Proficiency in agile, dev-ops methodology, release management practices, and tools in a complex SAP landscape
- A good knack for spotting talent, a team player who can enable the growth of people they work with
- Interest in the latest technology trends and open for innovations coming at any level of the team
