Product Marketing Manager Role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. As the first Product Marketer at INDG | Grip, you'll build an entire function from the ground up. You'll work closely with every GTM function, lay a solid product marketing foundation, and bring our product to market. This role combines the responsibilities for two different companies: INDG, a CGI services company, and Grip, a SaaS solution.

About Grip

Grip is an end-to-end content automation platform that generates infinite ad variations by combining CGI, rule-based generative AI, and post-production into an easy-to-use automated content generation platform. This platform transforms master ad creatives into endless variations, empowering brands to scale content production globally without compromising on quality or brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop unique positioning, value propositions, and messaging that align with each of our buyer personas.
  • Introduce new features, releases, and integrations with launch plans designed to capture and maintain the interest of our target audience.
  • Keep abreast of the competitive landscape and train the GTM team to effectively position our product.
  • Create internal content, documentation, and training materials to ensure the Sales team is thoroughly prepared for any potential questions from buyers.
  • Produce engaging, easy-to-understand, and inspiring product-focused content for each launch, including landing pages, blog posts, and webinars, to educate our audience.
  • Foster strong working relationships across Product, Vertical Leads, Customer Success, and Sales teams.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience at B2B SaaS companies, with at least 3+ years in product marketing.
  • Ability to build something from the ground up.
  • Desire to become one of the new faces of the product and brand.
  • Natural storytelling and writing skills.
  • Excitement about internal documentation and Hubspot.
