Join Our Team as a Vice President at Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Banking

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our team at Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Banking. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising clients on M&A, debt, and equity capital markets solutions for the Real Estate sector.

About the Role
  • Take primary responsibility for deal execution of transactions
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, detailed valuations, and pitches
  • Maintain client relations during the deal execution period and build M&A, Debt Advisory, or Equity Capital Markets expertise
  • Compile and analyze investor feedback
  • Build the team's culture and capabilities, by active mentoring and training of analyst and associate level bankers
About You
  • 5-7 years of relevant working experience in M&A, debt advisory, ECM, strategy advisory or a corporate within the real estate sector
  • Communication and project management talent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is not required)
