We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Business Analyst to join our team at Fractal. As a key member of our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision making and strategic insights to support our agriculture supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to uncover opportunities for optimization, cost savings, and improved sustainability.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to support business strategies and operations.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making in the agriculture supply chain.
- Clearly communicate insights and technical approaches to clients verbally and in writing, including documenting analytical methodologies for reports and developing graphs, charts, and other outputs appropriate for use by senior executives.
- Consult clients on calculations performed on the source data, or to estimate data, including a summary of the processes necessary to transform data into a series of inputs utilized within the final KPI metric calculation and inventory.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Data Analyst or Senior Data Analyst in the sustainable supply chain, ESG domain.
- B.Tech, or MBA, Good to have a degree in related discipline preferred such as Climate Change, Sustainability, Business, or Environmental Engineering.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Past exposure to CPG, Agro-based Industry or related will be an advantage.
- Exposure to working on ERP systems viz, SAP ECC, TMS, IBP, etc.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL, SQL and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Familiarity with EUDR, EPR, GRI, SASB, and other market standards and guidelines.
- Experience managing and coaching individuals/teams.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment.
- A genuine team player who can reach objectives individually, as well as through close collaboration and coordination with other team members.
