Job Description:
As a Manager On Duty Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the departments in the hotel after a well-supported training period. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in/check-out experience for guests, handling tasks such as distributing room keys, assisting with luggage, explaining hotel facilities, making payments, and taking care of special requests. You will also be responsible for providing personalized service, conveying the Park Plaza feel, and ensuring that guests get the most out of their stay.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, flexible, and creative. You should have a positive appearance, be friendly, calm, and thoughtful, exuding passion for hospitality and good service.
