Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader

Vestas, the world leader in wind energy, is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in the Benelux region. As a key member of our Service Supply Chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our regional warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality standards to ensure projects are delivered on time and in full.
  • Deploy defined KPIs to drive operational efficiencies and maintain inventory accuracy levels.
  • Deliver training and development plans for Warehouse Administrators.
  • Liaise with the direct manager to ensure all projects are staffed to the correct levels and collaborate with Warehouse Coordinators to ensure warehouses are working to required standards and processes.
  • Manage ordering, purchase requisition creation, vendor management, and incoming goods receiving using Vestas ERP systems.
  • Update site documentation, maintain the site warehouse, and manage stock takes.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Ensure OH&S compliance and troubleshoot problems to recommend improvements.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in supervising a team of stock keepers.
  • Good IT skills, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SAP.
  • Knowledge of Lean 5S methodology.
  • Full driver's license and FLT truck certificate.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
