About the Role

ING is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Specialist Intern to join our Resilience and Continuity team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of our Personal and Physical security activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support in advising on events, travel policy, information security, and social safety
  • Assist in coordinating personal security controls and reporting on progress
  • Work closely with Safe Business officers and relevant departments for all business lines in the Netherlands
Requirements
  • Student Business Administration, HR, or equivalent (HBO / WO)
  • Take initiative, be proactive, and come up with innovative ideas
  • Have good communication skills and an excellent command of the Dutch language and a good command of the English language (both oral and written)
  • Be able to organize your own work well and work independently as well as collaborate with a team
  • Love to challenge the status quo and propose creative solutions to problems
  • Be analytically strong and skilled with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Be able to work with diverse stakeholders at different levels of seniority
