Job Title: Environmental Health Specialist

At Zebra, we are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our EHS department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with facilities representatives, site leaders, and plant managers to achieve compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate accidents, injuries, and complaints concerning hazards or conditions in the workplace.
  • Assess environmental and workplace conditions, incident reports, and recommend improvements in processes, design, procedures, and operating equipment.
  • Deliver site EHS trainings and monitor training compliance.
  • Support the completion of corrective actions.
  • Anticipate, analyze, monitor, and prevent EHS hazards that could be present in the work area.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Security Management or related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in EHS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and SharePoint.
