We are a hospitality company that prides ourselves on providing great experiences for our guests. Our restaurant, Lotti's, is located in the heart of Amsterdam and offers an internationally inspired brasserie style cuisine with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is €45,000-€55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Floor Manager at Lotti's, you will be responsible for leading a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, increase sales, and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a floor manager or supervisor in a busy and high-volume restaurant
  • A strong understanding of Dutch and English language
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and competent computer skills
  • A high level of organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
