Are you passionate about helping companies understand and reduce their environmental impact? As a Sustainability Impact Specialist at ERM, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in achieving their sustainability goals. We are looking for a talented individual to join our Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change team in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sustainability Impact Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting sustainability impact assessments and developing recommendations for improvement;
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their sustainability challenges and develop tailored solutions;
  • Managing and delivering projects focused on sustainability impact measurement and reporting;
  • Providing guidance and support to junior colleagues and contributing to the development of our team's expertise.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience in sustainability consulting or a related field;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively;
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English (oral and written).
