About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Rang to join our team at Restaurant Villa Coucou B.V. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing tables, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and serve customers with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Provide detailed information on menus and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience
  • Manage tables efficiently, ensuring prompt service and accurate orders
  • Work effectively with our kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of wine and beverages to provide expert recommendations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven experience in fine dining, with a strong background in restaurant service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French a plus
  • Wine knowledge and certification a strong asset
