Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Weaving Mill Operator to join our team at Vestiging Venray Standaard. As a Weaving Mill Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring the quality of the belt fabric during the weaving process, resolving any errors that may occur, and performing routine maintenance tasks on the weaving machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the quality of the belt fabric during the weaving process
  • Resolve any errors that may occur during the weaving process
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on the weaving machines
  • Organize yarn changes and manage stock and semi-finished products
  • Manage the logistics process surrounding the production line

Requirements:

  • Mastery of the Dutch or English language
  • Experience in production and demonstrable technical affinity

What We Offer:

  • Salary between €2,700 and €3,750 gross per month, including shift allowance
  • €1,000 signing bonus
  • Travel allowance
  • Full-time position in 3 shifts with career opportunities
