Are you a seasoned developer looking for a new challenge? Do you have what it takes to lead a team of talented front-end and back-end developers in creating high-quality software?

Coolblue is seeking an experienced Software Development Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for building and leading a team that excels in providing high-quality and cost-effective software.

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Reviewing code, promoting best practices, and maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and pragmatic culture
  • Capturing the technical and soft skills of your team members and helping them grow professionally

To succeed in this role, you should have over 5 years of experience with React and/or Vanilla JavaScript, as well as over 2 years of experience in giving feedback, motivating, and coaching developers.

You must also be proficient in Scrum/Agile methodologies, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and have experience in a Back-end language such as C#. SOLID principles and design patterns are also essential skills for this position.
