Job Description:
At Corpay, we are looking for a skilled Processing Specialist to join our Business Support division. This dynamic role is based in Almere and involves working on a hybrid basis (2 days onsite and 2 days from home). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in bridging gaps in service delivery and facilitating communication between departments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be fluent in Dutch and English, and have the ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with multiple teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the setup and configuration of business rules, system parameters, and other essential data structures within internal systems.
  • Create and track IT incidents and service requests, ensuring progress is monitored and priorities are discussed in regular meetings with the IT department and Operations Manager.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues, such as data import errors, running database queries, and collaborating with IT to develop more complex queries or resolve system-related issues.
  • Review and verify new contracts before data is processed or accounts/cards are created.
  • Approve bulk data uploads and ensure accuracy.
  • Serve as a point of contact for various teams, including Service, Sales, and new employees, to address questions and provide support.
