Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at CheckMark Labrecruitment in Rotterdam. Our client is a leading organization in the field of analytical services, providing innovative solutions for the agricultural, environmental, and food industries.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Translating client requirements into laboratory tasks and answering technical questions from clients about their orders.
  • Preparing order confirmations and ensuring timely follow-up with clients.
  • Maintaining communication with clients throughout the analysis process.
  • Delivering accurate and complete reports to clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in analytical chemistry (mlo-4 or hlo) and relevant analytical chemistry experience.
  • Knowledge of quality standards or the food and feed market is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English.

Working Conditions
  • Long-term employment contract with a direct contract with the company.
  • Salary indication from € 2900,- gross per month based on full-time employment.
  • Full-time employment of 40 hours per week.
