About Our Projects

We design and build advanced naval vessels for customers worldwide, pushing the boundaries of technological innovation and sustainable solutions. As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of integrated logistic support services.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between €80,000 and €110,000, depending on experience, with additional benefits including 27 holidays, 13 ADV days, travel allowance, and PME-pension arrangement with an employer contribution of 60%.

Job Description

As the Logistics Operations Manager, your primary focus will be on steering the team towards the successful execution and delivery of integrated logistic support services. This includes:

  • Managing group resource planning to ensure optimal allocation for project teams.
  • Ensuring management activities are executed according to set schedules, required quality, and cost constraints.
  • Fostering collaboration with other Damen entities and external suppliers to achieve common strategic goals.
  • Measuring and driving internal performance across all aspects of the group.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in a technical field with at least ten years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience with engineering concepts, financial management, and contract management.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent references and EU citizenship.
