In this pivotal role as a Senior Manager Dynamics 365 FO - Solution Architect (SCM), you will drive international projects from recruitment to execution, acting as a program/project manager or workflow leader. Your expertise will be sought by clients to successfully implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions or extract maximum value from existing ones.

You will serve as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for finance and IT managers, guiding them through the transformation process. This involves managing and coaching international teams, ensuring seamless project delivery.

Transformation initiatives may stem from strategic issues, process harmonization, or mergers and acquisitions. You will apply your experience and knowledge to help organizations develop application strategies, design processes, and systems, migrate data, conduct testing, and provide training.

Your structured approach and high-quality focus will enable you to take customers by the hand, leveraging your implementation experience and Microsoft Dynamics expertise. Strong communication skills will facilitate collaboration between business and IT stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering end-to-end D365 FO implementations with minimal disruptions
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, scopes, estimates, and associated documentation
  • Driving RFP responses, presales activities, and proposal development
  • Leading multiple projects and teams, ensuring complete delivery and effective client communication
  • Conducting customer orals, gathering business requirements, analyzing gap-fits, and designing solutions in supply chain management
  • Preparing project plans, scheduling, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure using relevant tools

To succeed in this position, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 5 end-to-end D365 FO implementations under your belt
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, including team delegation and task management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders
