Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service and Sales Administrator to join our team at Clarkson PLC. The ideal candidate will have a commercial background with experience in sales, administration, and warehouse tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing materials from suppliers as per customer requests for quotation.
- Creating quotations and making commercial offers for customers.
- Maintaining client satisfaction and responding to customer queries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Sales order entry and monitoring on-time delivery of open sales orders.
- Placing purchase orders, updating stock systems, and ensuring administration is up-to-date.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues in the team and office.
- Adhering to all Company Health & Safety, Quality, and Security compliance standards.
- Additional duties as required to meet business needs.

Additional Requirements
- Professional Dutch and English language.
- Full clean NL driving license.

- Proactive and self-starter, able to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and trustworthy with a good work ethic.
- Good IT and Excel skills.
