About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at The Seafood Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen team to achieve high-quality standards and consistency in food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to sustainability and creativity.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including HACCP.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or equivalent role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams.
  • Strong knowledge of seafood and ability to create innovative dishes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and weekdays.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary ranging from €3000 to €4000 per month.
  • Tips ranging from €700 to €900 monthly.
