About the Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our R&D leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our research and development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task and Time Management: Assist the Chief R&D Officer and R&D directors with daily administrative duties, including record-keeping, prioritization, and communication of tasks and deadlines.
  • Calendar Management: Manage the Chief R&D Officer's time with confidence and sound judgment, maintaining and updating schedules amid rapid changes and competing priorities.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external clients, including global Upfield teams, and act as a liaison, maintaining a sense of professionalism and collaboration.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare, organize, track, and route high-priority documents, reports, and presentations for review and approval by the Chief R&D Officer.
  • Special Projects: Oversee special projects and perform tasks as assigned, providing selected support to R&D directors in their daily administrative duties, calendar management, and support in team meetings.
Requirements
  • At least 3-6 years of experience in a similar position in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (advanced features of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
