About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven System Delivery Manager to join our team at ASML. As a key member of our MPC System Delivery team, you will be responsible for driving solutions to secure and debottleneck delivery, cost, quality, and sustainability targets across products and sectors.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive sector ownership to execute upon targets and secure business requirements in product teams.
  • Collaborate with sectors and programs to realize business priorities and secure business team requirements.
  • Lead business objectives on delivery, cost, quality, and sustainability across products and sectors.

Key Focus Areas

  • MPC Cost and Delivery: Secure YieldStar cost-down initiatives, ensure delivery bottlenecks are resolved, and define capability build-up plans for factories, supply chain, and install.
  • BL APPs: Represent BL Apps in ASML Prioritized Business Performance Initiatives, prepare and embed ESG strategy within BL Apps.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree and 10+ years of work experience in high-tech environments.
  • Result orientation, creative problem-solving, stakeholder management, and excellent professional communication skills.
  • Influence without authority, bridge building, and flexibility to adapt to dynamic conditions.
