About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Visionary to join our team at Next-Link. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes and delivering high-impact products.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
• Agile Methodologies: Apply Agile principles and practices to drive iterative and incremental product development.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Business Acumen: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business context and develop clear roadmaps to drive business outcomes.
• Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure quality delivery and meet business objectives.

Requirements

• Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience in Agile product ownership and leadership.
• Experience Required: 15+ years of valid Agile product owner experience.
• Certification: Mandatory certifications include CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) and PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner).
