Internal Auditor Job Description
**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Internal Auditor to join our team at Ausnutria B.V. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Execute internal audits in accordance with the risk-based internal audit year plan, including system reviews, investigations, and risk assessments.
* Partner with the business to identify control deficiencies, process improvements, and financial issues, and propose solutions where applicable.
* Clearly document all audit work and conclusions via a well-organized set of work papers in compliance with company standards.
* Report clearly and concisely on audit findings and recommendations.
* Monitor audit recommendations and stimulate timely implementation of these recommendations.
**Requirements**
* Chartered Accountant (RA) certification.
* At least 5 years of work experience in an internal audit position.
* Ability to interact with executive management, the Board of Directors, external auditors, and regulatory agencies with tact and diplomacy.
* Professional communication and consulting skills in English and Dutch, with proficiency in Chinese a plus.
* A keen interest in cultural differences and a strong desire to foster mutual understanding.
