Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at the DHL warehouse in Utrecht. As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process packages of various sizes and weights, sorting them accurately and efficiently
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and conveyor belts, to move packages around the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring that packages are properly secured and accounted for
- Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining high levels of productivity
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
- Availability to work at least three days a week, including evenings and nights
- Own transportation to get home after night shifts
- Proficiency in Dutch or English, essential for working safely
- Ability to obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), which Olympia will pay for
Benefits
- Starting salary of €13.68 (excluding bonuses)
- Shift allowances of 12.5%, 25%, and 30% for evening, night, and weekend shifts, respectively
- 8.33% holiday allowance
